In July, the Cedar City Trailblazers hosted a group ride that went from Paragonah to the Burger Barn at Panguitch Lake. We have been to the Burger Barn many times but not from Paragonah. It was a wonderful ride. We left from Paragonah Cemetery, with a stop at Red Creek Reservoir, and then on to the Burger Barn at Panguitch Lake. We all enjoyed a great dinner of Hamburgers, Ribs, Fries, and Milkshakes. The food was great, and the company, of course, was even better! After eating, we returned to our staging area just outside Paragonah Cemetery. It was a beautiful ride, even if the sun was in our eyes on the return trip. The ride was about 60 miles total.
